When I started the Daily Dose of Dawn, I didn’t have a master plan.

I just knew I wanted to show up and share the things that helped me crawl, walk, and eventually dance my way through this challenging life I’m living.

I wanted to create something small enough to fit into a morning, but big enough to maybe change the day.

Over these fifty Doses, we’ve talked about happy, boundaries, energy, compassion, and courage. But underneath it all, the message has always been the same:

You have the power to stop hurting yourself.

You can choose to think kinder, love deeper, and let yourself feel good - even when life gets messy.

That’s the mission behind all of this… to remind us that thriving isn’t about fixing what’s wrong, it’s about noticing what’s right.

So here’s to us - the ones who keep showing up.

To the people learning how to thrive, not just survive.

To the warriors, the seekers, the ones who still believe beauty can exist in the middle of chaos.
