Good morning! But what if it's not?

What if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed or in a body that betrays you?

You don't have to let the way your day starts tank your whole day can change course.

I can answer that from 40 years of experience waking up feeling like a rusty bag of nails.

Having narcolepsy my whole life makes my mornings very challenging.

And you wouldn't know that from watching my content, but this (smile) doesn't happen on accident.

I have to love off what I woke up with first every single day for like 40 years.

Why? Because if I let the mood I woke up in be the one that's in charge, I'm going to have a much harder day.

“There, there, dear. I know you feel like a roadkill, but your dopamine will come online soon.” Self-soothing is a skill.

That's what it looks like to lead yourself with love.
