A 10-hour Narcolepsy Empowerment Program

Helpful for anyone living with extended sleep deprivation

No two people living with narcolepsy are the same. In my 40+ years living with narcolepsy and my almost 10 years of running the Positively Narcolepsy group, that fact became undeniable to me.

The biggest reason for this is that narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disease and sleep deprivation is the unknown variable. Your symptoms depend on so many many factors, including the life you’ve lived before the day you’re reading this and how you feel about it.

Below I’ve lined out a sample of 10 sessions in this particular program, surviving sleep deprivation. It took me 50 years to learn how to thrive with narcolepsy. Sleep deprivation is like a weight, everything is heavier. I went this route alone because I did not have other options. Now I’m teaching others how to become the champion of their own lives.

In addition to having narcolepsy, cataplexy and 7 other disorders, I’m intuitive. Being sleepy my entire life gave me extra senses and I can often “pick up” on things that aren’t said. This has led me to be incredibly empathetic. Some coaches are “do or die!” but, I know, if you force yourself to do… you might actually die, so I’m all about YOU knowing when to push yourself.

Ahead of each session, you’ll share the top 3 things that are getting in your way and we will incorporate those answers into the topic for that day.

The best way to run this program is once a week, if possible. To give you time to digest your new learnings, apply things to your “toolbox” and update your “rescue plans” without overwhelming you. 


You’ll be given optional homework each week to help deepen your learnings on your own and you’ll have access to ask me questions via messaging.


I can’t teach you how to thrive with narcolepsy but I can give you the empowering knowledge and tools you need, to learn how to teach yourself how to thrive with your own particular narcolepsy and your own particular life.
