Below is an outline of 10 sessions for Reclaiming Superpowered You: Discover the Unstoppable Version of You. It took me decades to uncover and reclaim the power within myself, and now I’m here to guide you toward doing the same.
Life can feel heavy, like there’s always something holding you down. That weight comes from circumstances, self-doubt, and often a lack of clarity about who you really are. But here’s the truth: You’ve had it in you all along. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, embrace your authentic self, and ignite the confidence you need to thrive.
I’ve spent my life learning how to navigate challenges, and I bring not just my experience but also my intuition. Overcoming my own obstacles gave me a heightened ability to sense what others need—sometimes even things they don’t say out loud. My coaching isn’t about a “do or die” mentality. It’s about guiding you to understand yourself deeply, so you know when to push and when to pause.
Ahead of each session, you’ll share the top 3 things that are holding you back. We’ll use these as part of the focus for that day’s topic, ensuring that every session is personalized to what you need most.
The best way to experience this program is to meet weekly. This gives you time to digest what you’re learning, add tools to your “toolbox,” and update your “rescue plans” as we go—without feeling overwhelmed.
You’ll have optional homework to deepen your understanding and access to message me with questions in between sessions.
I can’t transform you into a different person because the unstoppable version of you is already in there. But I can give you the empowering tools and strategies you need to uncover it—and fully step into the life you were always meant to live.
