If you're living with narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, or sleep apnea - or simply navigating the long-term effects of sleep deprivation - chances are you've been told a thousand things that should help. I’ve lived with Narcolepsy Type 1 for over 40 years. I built the Positively Narcolepsy community to support people just like you - the ones who are tired of being tired, and even more tired of being misunderstood.

Strategy Sessions are 15 minutes, via Zoom.

I’ll give you some tips you can use right away and walk you through how my coaching program works, and how it can support you.
