Narcolepy is a chronic neurological disorder that affects the sleep wake cycles into segments. Having lived with N for 43 of my 54 years, I've discovered that I have a 'tell" in that I can tell if I'm going to have a sleep segment coming up and I can tell, when I wake up, if more sleep will help or hurt me.
